I'm trying to think of some holiday goodness I can eat.
What I'm allowed is mostly protein and veggies (but not all - some, like peas or carrots or onion etc have too many carbs and I can't eat them right now). Some fats, like mayo or oil or butter, but in very limited amounts.
I can have almonds and other nuts. No honey or sugars. No flour.
All I'm thinking of is nuts roasted with cinnamon and 5-spice and stuff. And of course, pickle rollups. mmm.
