I am making ham for a mini Christmas dinner today. It is supposed to be baked at 325 for 20minutes per pound.
I am baking a couple other things in the oven that have to be baked at higher temps.
I have a thermometer to use to check the internal temp of the ham, so how will it affect the ham if I let it bake at different temps while everything else is going? Will it ruin it to be baked a little faster at a higher temp for awhile?
