We're at the inlaws for most of next week, and then take off again for vacation when we get back. So our menu looks like:

Thursday: Minestrone Soup with beef
Friday: Sweet potatoes and black bean enchiladas

Sunday- mom's side family holiday party, but I know there will be a ton of apps, a big batch of chili, and tons of cookies
Monday- out to a local seafood restaurant
Tuesday- my dads side of the family does the big meal with a ham and a hundred side dishes at lunchtime, usually I'm not hungry for any dinner.
Wednesday- homemade fish sticks and roasted Brussels sprouts
Thursday- mushroom barley risotto and salad
Friday- chicken pot pie

pistachio sables, butter cookies, Russian teacakes, chocolate peanut butter pretzel cookies, spicy chocolate cookies, snickerdoodles, Tollhouse cookies and whatever everyone else brings.

T - Christmas Day at my parents. We are bringing cookies.
