Back from Edinburgh

Hey ladies. So after months of countdown I finally got to go to Edinburgh to see BF. I had such an amazing time. I love him so much. The weather was unbelievable for the 10 days I was there. It was practically summertime. We went to the zoo and the beach, and spent a lot of time eating ice cream in the park.
Now begins my countdown to the next time we see each other, which is in September.
This trip was really good in showing me that the long distance thing is totally doable, even if it's hard.
Thanks for all the support ladies, I know I'll be needing more of it in the months to come

YOU can totally make this LDR work meggers. DH and I will be rooting for you! It's so hard but the reward of seeing each other even for a short time is awesome.

Yay for a good trip! LDR can work if you're willing to put in the work to make it work. That was way too many "work"s in one sentence, but you know what I mean :-) I'm really glad you had a such a great time!

Thanks for all the replies ladies. Honestly, just seeing his smile at the airport made the whole thing worth it.

He came over for Christmas, and in September he's coming here, then we're going to go to Toronto for his cousins wedding, then to Niagara Falls and then Syracuse for some shopping. Then we'll have over a week to just hang out at my house/cottage.

I am shaking my fist at your ellipses.
