How do you use the ovulation predictors without others knowing? Between the use of a cup and waiting 5 minutes, I'd have a hard time getting from my office to the bathroom without people wondering why I am in there so long and carrying a pee cup with me. Any suggestions?
I'd put a little cup or carry a stash of dixie cups in my purse. Dip the test into the pee, wash or throw away the cup, and take the strip back to your desk. Either carry it discreetly in your hand(on some toilet paper or something) or putit into a baggie. Stick it in a drawer or something and check in 5 min.
I've read of some using a sour cream container with a lid to pee in and then they wash it out after. If someone walks in and sees you washing out a sour cream container, they'll just think it's your lunch cup.

I have no useful suggestions really, other than bring your purse in w/you (mine are all giant except for clutches so this works for me), but I'm curious why anyone would think it's any of their business what you bring with you when you head to the bathroom. What you do in the bathroom is your private business...and if anyone asked me about a pee cup I'd probably be pretty annoyed. For all they know you have some sort of medical illness or something and the doctor asked you to give pee samples til they resolve it, and that's why you have a pee cup. So personal!
I pee right on the stick, mid-stream, so I can control how long the strip is "dipped" for. Also if you hold it out once your stream starts, it can spray due to the full force of the start of your urine stream. It's easier if you can control the flow so it's not strong when you "dip".
I then tap the test stick so any remaining drops fall off, toss it back in the foil pouch, put that in my pocket, and lay flat on my desk when I return to my office, and read within 5 minutes.

Whoa! Those are some mad peeing skills you've got! I can manage hitting the big Clearblue testing sticks for my CBEFM, but if we're talking Wondfos then no way. My aim isn't that good. I think the sour cream container is a good idea.

This was totally what I was thinking, too! I wish I could control my pee well enough for that. I have about 60 seconds during lunch to pee, and then I have to immediately go pick up my students and take them to recess. If I carried a container back with me, I would never hear the end of it.
What's that? Can I see it? Do you want me to put it away for you? Why are you taking it to recess? Can I carry it for you? Etc, etc.
So generally I don't PIAC at school, except for after work hours when no one's around.
I bring a dixie cup w/ me in purse, PIAC and dip, let the stick sit for a couple minutes while I wash hands, etc, and then wrap in toilet paper and put in purse and take back to my desk. No biggie. I try to never have to do this at work, but I have done it a couple times.
