So, I am introducing almond milk to the girls, so that we can get off of this godforsaken formula.
BUT
They don't seem to like cold things. They want their bottles at room temp. Should I let the milk warm up a little then offer it to them? Should I offer it to them cold and let them get used to it?

I went from nursing to cold milk. Have you tried other liquids, like juice? I always gave Lila her juice cold, so when I switched to milk I just gave it to her cold. She didn't take the milk at first, so I mixed 1/2 milk, 1/2 strawberry yogurt and weened her off with every sippy. It took a day or two but it was an easy transition Good luck.
Well, maybe this post was magic or something - I gave each a cup with their dinner, and they both were drinking! Out of a cup! Abigail drank almost 1.5 oz (I only put 2 oz in each cup).
Although, the Almond may not have been as cold - I brought it in from the car, and then it was in the fridge for maybe 10 minutes.
I'll try letting it sit for a few minutes before I give them some, if it's been in the fridge for a while.
I haven't been giving them juice. Should I be offering them juice? I've been hesitate about adding sugar, even if it is fruit sugar.

I don't really give Maisy juice because Beckett got out of hand with his juice obsession, but I usually give her very cold water, and she has loved drinking cold almond milk. And I'm still bfing, and she goes back and forth with a sippy of cold almond milk and warm breast milk.
With B, we went straight to cold (cows) milk (weaning cold turkey) and he luckily had no problems at all, but I had several friends who had to warm the milk slightly for a while (weeks to even a couple months) to get their LOs to make the switch.
Quinn didn't get juice until after he was 1, and then it was only when we were out, like at a birthday party or something. I only started buying him juice after he turned 4, and now he gets 1 juice box a day.
As for the warming thing, I never dealt with that, but my boss did and her daughter will still only drink warm milk. She's almost 6. But I have reasons to believe my boss will be moving in with her daughter when she goes to college so she doesn't have to do anything for herself, so I'm guessing (hoping) you won't be in that boat. I would say warm it slightly and then do less and less until they're good with cold/room temp.
