Furby was a big hit. She loves her wooden blocks. I got them for free with a wooden dollhouse I bought that I'm saving for her birthday. She also really likes her Legos and chalk board/ dry erase easel.
Worst gift was the Elmer's Squeeze n Brush. They leaked terribly and half of them didn't work.
DD is in love with her Little People Farm and Tractor. I thought she would only try to eat the little people, but she is having a blast putting them in and out of the farm and tractor bed.
Haha. It's like everyone with similarly aged LOs got this tractor this year! DS loved his too. He hasn't figured out that the animals in the wagon make sounds, but he figured out right away that pressing the smoke stack on the front makes the whole tractor move. I may have to figure out how to turn the sound off, the "Old MacDonald" song is really long
Between us and my parents, I think he got every stacking and sorting toy imaginable, and he loved them all. He got stacking rings, stacking cups, 3 different types of stacking blocks, and oblong stacking eggs that look like chickens.
DD loved the doll stroller I got her, but she could not care less about the doll, lol. She pretty much tossed it out and put in her new Mickey and Minnie dolls my parents got her.

DS: imaginext castle. It was all he could talk about all Christmas season. He also loves his imaginext boat, avengers action figures, leap pen and books, and a foam sword set.
Dd: the PBK anywhere chair is a hit. She also received a talking tea seat and a remote control car (wheemote!) that she loves.
She also like some blocks and little Einstein balls. We have not even opened everything she got because she loved both of these so much. I think over the next couple weeks we will give her a different toy every few days.
DS didn't have any time to play with anything yet... we bounced from house to house yesterday and he slept when he was actually at home. And tonight is Christmas part 2 once I get out of work. So maybe tomorrow!
My nephew got those Magnatiles and loved them! They are really cool!

DS! loved anything Thomas or Cars and helping DS2 (12 mos) open his gifts. DS2 likes everything sporadically. His favorite thing is to "make soup" (put smallish toys in a pot and stir with a wooden spoon or golf club). We've had car soup, play food soup, ball soup, wood block soup, etc. He even stirred the laundry in a laundry basket with the mini shovel DH bought him.
ETA: I forgot about the Anywhere chair. DS2 loved his big brother's, so Santa brought him one. It is his favorite.
Everything was a hit. Train board, Scout talking dog (leap frog), blocks, kids rolling suitcase, shoes, and a workbench with tools. He's seriously in love with Scout.
Time to weed out old toys to make room for these.
We bought Scout for my nephew when he was a year old I believe. He carried that dog around with him everywhere. He is going to be 3 in a few months and still plays with him!
