I just looked at my 2012 expenses, and our total was $4700! Swim for 2 sessions, dance in the spring, gymnastics in the fall, skiing, and 2 weeks of summer camps. I have 2 DD's. most was spent on the older one.
I don't really keep track but I'm thinking it's around $2700. Their Little Gym classes are $816 a semester and then DS1 does swimming ($128 a semester) and tennis ($238). I can't remember what his camp was but I think it was only a little over $200. Hopefully both boys will be able to go this summer.
DS2 is turning three this June so he'll be age eligible for more activities. I guess it's going to start getting more expensive soon.
eta: I forgot that DS1 stays late at school on Fridays so that is an extra $240 a semester and then he also does soccer in the fall which I think was around $80. DS2 will start doing both of these things next year. Maybe it's a good thing I don't keep track! yikes.
my mom pays for dance, which is awesome otherwise music class is about $80/month, gymnastics is $15/month (for #2), camps work out to be about $500/yr.

Gym is around $800 + an additional $300 or more for the summer Museum memberships are about $200 (half off, bought from a deal website) Swim lessons were $150 (again, half off from a deal website) Soccer was $125
We'll probably start up swim lessons again in the summer, and those are around $250 a session (6-8 classes) x 5 or 6 sessions a year. Also might do soccer again at some point soon, and eventually ice skating... WOW this is getting expensive.
A lot, ive never added it up. Id say tutoring was probably $7-9k alone. Ballet was about $500/semester. Camps around $800 (3 art, 1 YMCA), Swim lessons about $800. DEstination Imagination was cheap--less than $100 & choir free. Tennis is $100/mo. We did less this year than normal because tutoring was so expensive. DD1 did the most, followed close by DD2. DD3 only did a couple sessions of swimming.
Tutoring is OVER! So we are adding back in some stuff. They start guitar & piano lessons next week & that's $240-300/mo. Art lessons are $150/mo and that starts in Jan too. Otherwise well continue most things. Ski school has been on the adhenda for 2 yrs but i just havent been able to make it yet. DD2 can do Y camp this summer so that'll be more.
Um, I only started working in Sept so we spent a good amount. I kinda don't want to add it all up though. We have annual memberships to the zoo in Tampa, the Children's museum here in ATL, plus the Botanical Gardens. Those are just the ones I can name off the top of my head. I know there's much more, but we haven't done much since September besides one quick visit to the zoo here in ATL.

Tae Kwon Do runs about $1500/year not including graduation fees ($50 every other month or so) or other equipment which fortunately we own most of so as long as DD doesn't have a huge growth spurt we should be ok.
Swim is $99/mo for each kid, so a little over $2300/year accounting for a few prorated months when they are closed on a regular class day.
DD #2 takes gymnastics, that ranges from $75-$100/mo depending on how many Mondays (the day she goes) there are. And there are no classes June-August. Roughly $750/year, I'd say.
We've got Girl Scout dues which are $125-$200 total, depending on which kid and what the troop is including that year. Then there are supplemental charges for optional activities. Some are as little as $5, others (usually overnights) are as much as $90 pp.
And last, but not least, there's summer camp. I think I paid $140/week for each kid, and they went for three weeks. DD #1 also did two weeks of Girl Scout camp at a total of $150.
Rough estimate is in the neighborhood of $6500, I guess? That doesn't include our zoo passes, DD #1's violin rental since I count that as a school expense, or various odds and ends.

DD is only 14 months old, but we spend $80-$100/month on Little Gym (but pay it in 3 payments). $50/month on swim lessons. We take classes at the local metroparks for $15/month. We have a zoo membership ($90/year), children's museum membership ($60/year). And we're getting memberships to the natural history museum ($95/year) and the local farmpark ($50/year). We also do stuff weekly with my Mommy group (probably $50-75/month).
I wish we could do Kindermusik as well, but DH would probably lose his mind if I added another weekly class to our budget.
