Our gym is having one again in two weeks and I'm trying to figure out my dishes. Last time I took stuffed mini bellpeppers (which were good but a huge pain in the ass to make) and brussel sprout chips which were NOT good by the time we got around to eating them (we always eat them as fast as they can come out of the oven so I'd never had "left over" ones later).

We have been eating paleo for the past few months. If it's going to be a BBQ I'd bring pineapple with cinnamon to put on the grill and some sausages. Otherwise I'd make a sweet potato, ham and pineapple casserole. Or a good steak salad that doesn't have any cheese in it.
