sephora shipping

Is it normal for it to be super slow around the holidays? I placed an order the morning of the 21st and it shipped "3 day" which according to their website takes 4 days with processing. It didn't even leave the facility until the 26th and is scheduled to arrive to me on the 2nd. Which is 7 business days. I know I can't complain because it was free, but holy heck is that slow.

It's been really jacked up this holiday season, yes. I placed an order on the 20th and should get it today, but yours is outrageous.. Having Christmas Even and NYE both on Mondays has really messed with shipping schedules, I think.

I am in the same boat with two orders from them. I have to assume it is the holidays since I have never had this problem before. They prob hade so many overnight or 2 day orders that had to take priority.

They did have a small red font saying shippigs may be delayed for holiday when you check out (not very obvious). Strangely since they've switched to all 3 day shipping my orders take longer to get (like it always takes 4 business days in just UPS hands....).

I emailed them just to see if they wanted to throw me a discount code or something. Because I haven't spent enough there recently

I have never received a Sephora package more than 2 days after ordering.

M, I saw that. I also saw that they include weekends in their processing time, so it's super ridiculous that it's taking this long! I want my damn makeup!!

ETA: that map doesn't apply to 3 day shipping, which is now sephoras default shipping.

Yeah, when I see something is coming from the Baltimore distribution center I know it's going to take awhile since I'm in West Texas. It kills me when a package out of their Salt Lake City center takes like six days, though. SLC IS NOT THAT FAR, SEPHORA!

It doesn't normally take much longer than the three shipping days, but the two orders I placed during this holiday season did take a little longer than normal. But the order I placed last night is shipping today, so hopefully they're back on track.

I just said that I was wondering if this was the new normal for shipping because if so I wouldn't be ordering online in the future
