This is a random question, but thought I'd start here.
If you've (collective you and DH) already undergone testing and know the course of action needed to get pregnant, but did not act at that time, did you have to redo the testing when you were ready to move forward.
It's been two years, since we've undergone testing. I know I can and will call, I was just curious of others experiences. TIA.

Thanks.
Ugh, I do not want to do testing again, but can understand if some things need to be redone. Hopefully, not all of them. I'd rather not give 18 vials of blood again, not pay out of pocket for the bloodwork on top of IVF. At least our FSA will help some.

all depends on the results of your tests (what type of diagnosis, etc), your age, etc.
I did not have to re-do testing to TTC#2... it was about 13 months from the time I had DS1 with the same RE -- my issue was PCOS - DH's sperm was fine... they didn't think anything had changed. I was 34 at the time.
I think it really depends on the place... but at SG (one of the big DC clinics), they made me repeat some tests that I had just months before.
Are you sure you'll have to jump right to IVF?
Good luck! I only went through one "real" cycle of IUI, but it was a very emotionally taxing process.
Thanks chia.
IVF is our best option, though they did say we could try IUI, just know the odds weren't good. We both have some issues, but DHs are the more worrisome, so that's why they highly suggested IVF with ICSI.
