As far as I know they do not have colored caulk or color match caulk. I would just paint over the caulk when I was done if I wanted it to be a certain color.
I would advise against colored caulk. If you ever have to repair the bathroom, it is virtually unmatchable because the color ages. New caulk of the same color does not match because of this aging. I ended up retiling a small bathroom because the mismatched color bothered me so much.

White caulk also yellows. It's kinda lose lose with trying to re-caulk in sections if you want it all to match and it's not going to be painted.
I'm curious why you had to entirely retile though instead of just ripping out the old caulk and recaulking. Not that ripping out old caulk is a walk in the park. Caulk is the devil.
