Looks similar to the Birthmoms Special on TLC, though I think that was a one time thing.

The trailer seems to show these women as older and less dysfunctional than the Birthmoms Special (which I'll admit I din't see). I find it interesting that birthmoms call it coercive, with cameras presenta as they go through the process. I don't see how you depict it for TV without cameras.
