Hey, everyone, I thought I'd intro on this board since I'm finally making it over here from TB. If you're still active on TB, you may have seen me on the Adoption board in recent weeks (same screenname).

My name is Kacey, and DH and I have been married for a little over 2 years and have a 1 year old daughter named Violet. We've known for years that we want to adopt, but we were married young and have been waiting for the timing (particularly for international adoption) to be right. Our current plan is to start fundraising in December and to apply for international adoption in 2013. Our top two countries of choice at the moment are Kazakhstan and Uganda.

Thanks to Dr. Loretta for posting the GBCN link to TB Adoption board! I already had an account here, but I didn't realize this board was so active! I've loved following all of the adoption journeys on TB, and I hope you'll allow me to share mine with you!

HI! Good luck with your adoption. We are adoptin from China..minor and correctable needs. We were considering Kazakhstan as we have an nephew adopted from there. But at the time we were deciding, Kaz was closed. I got excited reading your post that it had opened up again. Looking forward to following you through your adoption journey.
