I don't diasgree with you at all but I don't know if I could convince him to. He wont even ask her for CS because he's so sure that she can just take SS away from him.
someone who is cheating the system will have a real hard time taking his child from him, just saying. and this isn't "throwing her under the bus" as a tax paying citizen myself, I wouldn't hesitate to report someone, regardless of who they were. it is the right thing to do.
Is it just medicaid because really, I'm not sure what the big deal is. I mean yes, it's fraud if she lied to get him on there but it's not like she's getting anything out of him having extra medical coverage, is she?
Honestly, I'm torn. I do feel obligated to report her but I also don't want to be the one that does. What if SS found out? Who do you think he'd blame? He's 13 & knows right from wrong but she is still his mom. It's a lot more difficult then "the right thing to do."
How would he fine out? And no matter who he blames, his mother is the only one in the wrong, the blame is squarely hers
