What's going on?

All day dd has been spitting up/puking up everything she's eaten. Normally she doesn't spit up this much. What's going on? She has no fever and doesn't appear to be sick.

My DD did this a few months back. We think she just had a stomach bug b/c my DH had the same thing. How are your DD's diapers?

normal-plenty of wets and poops. She seems to be nursing all the time which is normal for her on weekends. The only thing off is all the yaking!

I think my LO ended up puking 3-4 times total? It was over in a day. I barely noticed any difference in her poo diapers, but they were slightly more runny. I put two-and-two together when my DH got the pukes and the runs. :-( TMI, sorry. Sounds like your LO isn't put out by it - mine wasn't either. Just a little more snuggly.

Growth spurt? My DD seemed to spit up more when she was frantically eating as much as she possibly could get.

I learned that my dd only threw up when I had dairy--perfect discovery just in time for ice cream season

Is she spitting up or puking? Usually with puking it is more foreceful (Like can really shoot out a foot!) and a LOT more. Like, when my son had RSV he threw up twice. Lets just say DH and I were completely soaked. As in shirt, pants even underwear (and we were wearing jeans!). Their tummies hold a lot of milk.

If it is just spit up, I have found that my kid goes through random day(s) where he spits up a lot. I have no clue why, but it always resolves itself.
