I am starting WW on Saturday and am nervous about how it's going to affect my supply. I signed up on the website today and my daily Points allottment is huge! I am a little stunned.
I really hope I can start feeling better about myself since I feel like a frumpy mom these days.
I hear you. I started WW like 8 weeks ago and have been cheating my ass off (though in this case that means that I am getting fatter instead of losing). I did really well one week and worked out and was following the plan and did notice a little dip in supply but I also started my period a week early that week as well so who knows if it was the diet and exercise or my period. Good luck and I hope you are sucessful and start to feel good again.

I've been on it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any decrease in my supply. I was worried too. I find that most days I'm trying to eat more, especially since fruits/veggies are 0 points.

This. I honestly have a tough time eating all 40 points... My supply is great and I'm not normally touching all 40 let alone the weekly allowance of 49... Though this weekend I'll probably eat a weeks worth of points since its DH and my anniversary.

I've been on it almost 3 weeks. Haven't noticed if supply has dropped. I know I have to lose more slowly than I'd like to because of the possibility though.
