Since about 3 weeks old, DD has had a pretty consistent eating schedule - every 2-3 hours during the day and a longer stretch at night. Since last week (when she turned 3 months) she has started a different pattern. She seems to be going about 4 hours between eating around the clock. I know it's normal for them to start stretching out so I'm not worried I'm just not sure how to adjust her bottles for while I'm at work. Should I add a little, maybe half an ounce if she's not eating as often?

I didn't adjust DS's bottles until he was consistently finishing all of his regular bottles & they were using his backup bottle. Then I increased his bottles by 1/2 oz. So far that's been enough. I send 2 smaller snack bottles as well so they can use them if he's still hungry after bottle #1.
