QOTW: How long does your LO typically go between feeds?

I was off for 4.5 days, it was soooo nice not to pump. I only worked a 1/2 day yesterday becasue DS had an appointment. Work has been hectic today.

DS typically eats every 2-3 hours during the day. At night he'll do a 5 hour stretch, then every 2-3 hours after that until it's time to get up.

My supply is dropping. I'm glad that I made it to a year, but I think I will be introducing whole milk this week and will slowly wean from the pump. I plan to continue nursing, but I'd like to be free from the pump at work.
