This is more of a vent than an advice-seeking post. DD's sleep has gone to absolute shit. She wakes about 4-6 times between 10 am and six am. Last night, she just wanted to get up--she wasn't really "upset" crying, just being super loud and protesting, and wouldn't even nurse anymore. Thankfully, H took her and let me get some sleep. I've done everything the sleep books say to do--make sure she gets enough rest during the day, establish a bedtime routine, move bedtime earlier--all the early bedtime does is ensure that her first waking is even earlier, it seems. She's only three months, so I'm not thinking CIO for a few months now. I'm just wondering if I should say "screw it" to routine and put her to bed later, letting her nap earlier in the evening. Gah.
