My DS has an awful cold - bad enough that I've kept him home from school. My problem is that he hates, hates, hates his liquid cold meds. He won't take them. I've resorted to sneaking some in juice or gatoraide, but then he doesn't feel like drinking anything. He does really well with his chewable vitamins and ibuprofen, however.
Has anyone seen chewable cold meds for kids? If so, where did you see it?
DD loves the mucinex "mini melts", it's like a pixy stick. We have the grape one. She will beg for more. But that's a decongestant. And I think the orange one is decongetant plus cough medicine. What kind of cold medicine are you looking for? Cough? Runny nose?

There is chewable acetaminophen as well as several antihistamines. There is also the mucinex pp mentioned. I'm not sure what else you would be looking for, but I haven't seen chewable decongestants or cough suppressants. It is possible they exist though.
