I'm happy that we've finally grown out of the day care screaming at drop off phase. C still complains every morning that he doesn't want to go to school, but we've atleast gotten to the point that once we're there we do our kissing hands and I can walk out confidently with out having to lock myself in the car and cry it out. Over a year of that! I still can't believe how long it went on.....
I'm happy that baby K will be able to hear (hopefully) in 2 days...I'm focusing on the end result and trying not to worry about the surgery in between!

I am happy that my boys were so well behaved today. I took all three to the dentist even though the older two were the ones with appointments. Everyone did great!
Then this afternoon the older boys had their kindergarten assessments. They both went with the teacher who called them (separately) and didn't look back. I was so proud of my big boys!
I'm happy I took the day off and was a parent volunteer for the school field trip to the zoo. I'm happy my child was one of the well behaved children too! The other child I was supervising was a handful.

Oh wow, I'm happy for this too! Please keep us updated on the surgery and results, I'll be thinking of you.

Thanks! Unfortunately her surgery has been postponed until Friday-her surgeon has an emergency of some sort...still, not long to wait!
I am happy that I gopt my ass out of bed and went to the gym before work! That will make me a happier, better mama when I leave here to pick up my kids tonight.
Thanks, ladies! She's home and sleeping off her exciting morning! She was a total trooper and even smiled at all her doctors and nurses! So glad it is over.

I am absolutely and completely prepared for our epic annual event on Sunday and my portion of it. Hell, I'm even prepared for other people's areas, for when they ask me in a panic if I happened to bring any extra XYZ.
Our house is under contract to sell, but we hit a rather major snag when the buyers claimed they couldn't get three different companies to insure the house due to the multi-layered shingled roof.
Fortunately, due to our rockin' USAA coverage and a kick-ass roofing contractor (rec'd to me by a local Nestie!), we're getting that shiz replaced with a brand new roof, so the buyers should be placated.
