weird sibling set - place names

Are Aiden and Sam the oldest? Their parents clearly developed a think for place names after the two of them.

yes they are the oldest. poor sam has a boring name compared to her younger siblings.

Is London unisex? I know 2 London's IRL both boys.

On a side note, I also know a Memphis add that to the Charolotte's and it's (city names) definitely a new trend.

I used to have group of sibilngs as patients at a former job. Alaska, Nebraska, Nevada.... Dakota?

I struggle with place names. There are some I don't mind, especially if they're also common names like Jackson or Charlotte. But for names like Alaska, London, etc., are people naming their child that because they have a personal connection to the location? Like they got married there, the child was born there, etc., or do they just think it sounds cool? It seems weird to me if a couple who've never left their home in rural Kansas or wherever name their daughter London - or even worse Londyn - because they think it makes their child seem "cultured."

in this case the place names are random. there is also two stepkids colton and collin, lol

Um...yeah I do not like. OP---sure about those names either.

I disagree. Sam has the best name of the whole bunch.

I've always hated place names and then I ended up giving DS#2 a place name. I doubt many of you would know that Mathis is a town in TX though

i'm willing to be that most names have a town with the same name... so really, any name could be a place name... Madison is one of the most popular girl names- and is a town near me.
