Obviously I know it is different for everyone, but when in your pregnancy did you start to feel more normal? My MS is insane. I can't eat anything. Zofran barely helps. I nap every afternoon (well I have over my vacation) and still walk around like a zombie the rest of the day. I'm bloated so much that I look 5 months along and my breasts are so painful. Please tell me there is hope!
The worst of my morning sickness (all day sickness) went away around week 16, but I still had a touch of it through 20-24 weeks.
Now at 28 weeks it's returned, though not as bad as it was early on.
There is hope. Eat a little bit throughout the day, contsantly. It's hard to eat, but you'll feel better not having an empty stomach. Carbs were my best friend.

11 weeks
ETA: I am still more tired than I was pre-pg but not nearly as tired as first tri. Still a few food aversions but the nausea is 98% gone. Feel better soon!

I started feeling better around 11-12w, and was able to cut back to just one Zofran a day and feel actually normal a few days ago (so around 15w). When I'm at home with the kids, I'm still pretty tired and need to nap for at least an hour when they go down for a nap b/c they wipe me out.
I'm 13 weeks now. I've noticed a huge change in my energy level this last week, and my morning sickness subsided around 9 weeks. I've had occasional issues over the last month, but it's not the constant nausea/puking that I had early on.
I'm the Debbie Downer who only got about a 6 week break of feeling awesome. Weeks 22-28 were pretty great for me. I got sick again the day I came back from Italy and am still taking a Zofran every other morning, while being tired all the time and eating carbs constantly.
When did you feel better last time? My pregnancies were pretty similar.
I was 17. I had absolutely no symptoms and felt great the entire time. To be young again!!
I read recently that pg. hormones are typically stronger in each subsequent pregnancy. Which may explain why you're feeling worse now. It was certainly true for me.
I have not had hard pregnancies in general, but weeks 8-11 have always been the worst for me. After 11/12 weeks, I start feeling better, and by 14 weeks I feel pretty much normal.
With DS, i was so sick (vomiting multiple times daily) from week 8 until the day I delivered him at 38 weeks.
With this PG, i have been so, so sick from week 5 and am still equally sick at week 23.
Sorry, that's no help. I hope you feel better soon. If not, try to take it 1 day at a time. Eat smaller meals and snacks if you can throughout the day as that does tend to make me feel better.
