I'm the Debbie Downer who only got about a 6 week break of feeling awesome. Weeks 22-28 were pretty great for me. I got sick again the day I came back from Italy and am still taking a Zofran every other morning, while being tired all the time and eating carbs constantly.
Yeah. My 2nd pregnancy went something like this. I was on zofran until the bitter end. As in it was injected in my IV during labor.
I swear at 13 weeks I woke up and felt amazing from then until about 30 weeks. Prior to that day I had bad morning sickness. That day I woke up and ate the biggest meal ever and felt normal.

My first pregnancy was like this, and I also needed the zofran until the day I delivered. And for this pregnancy, while I'm feeling better, I suspect that I'll still need at least one zofran every day until the end. But, it's better than the round-the-clock zofran I was taking a few weeks ago.
I started to feel mostly better late last week (so 11-ish week). I haven't thrown up in about a week. However, I am still pretty tired and need a nap if possible (although not as much as I was at first) and I still have a lot of food aversions. Hoping this goes away in the next couple weeks so I can eat more.

With DD it was around 16-17 weeks.
This time around I've had no relief. I was diagnosed with HG at 15 weeks. Which type of Zofran are you taking (oral or dissolving)? I honestly had a much better response to Zofran delivered via IV than I did to either pill, my OB offered a home care nurse if we wanted to continue that route. At least at this point I'm just sea sick 24/7 instead of vomiting, so I guess you can call that progress.
Rikki, how far along are you now? I saw your original "I'm pregnant!" post on the main board (congrats!), but I think I missed when you found out and all that jazz.
Also, I have never been pregnant, so I'm no help with morning sickness advice and just a little scared by the thought of throwing up daily for months on end.

Thanks! I'm 9 weeks. I have my first appointment Friday (yay!!!), so hopefully I'll have an accurate due date after seeing the doctor.

Morning sickness ended at week 14. It was tapering off a bit before then (getting it maybe once every 3 or 4 days between weeks 10-14 v. getting sick every single day at the beginning).
The "I'm so tired I could die" feeling also ended with second tri. But that could also be because I went back to coffee then? The sight/smell of coffee aggravated my morning sickness in first tri, but was fine later. Coffee or no, I definitely felt an energy boost in the 2nd tri that slowly went away over the course of the 3rd tri.
