I've been trying to train my temp for when I go on maternity leave since last Monday. Argghh! She's just not getting it. I'm getting so frustrated & trying to be patient, but it's tough. She's just not a bright bulb. I tried talking to my boss. I told her that maybe I'm not explaining it well, but its not sinking in with her. I've also told her that she's not checking what she's doing & I keep reminding her to read my notes. I don't know what else to do. I just know I'm going to come back to a big mess.
She was brought on through a temp agency. My boss interviewed/hired her. And believe it or not, she was the best candidate of the 3 she interviewed. As the day progressed, I was growing more & more short with her. I don't think she understands that I could be out any day now. She mentioned that she's going to call/text me for help. Ummmm, I don't think I'll be walking her through accounting procedures in between contractions. Call me crazy. Personally, I'm doing fine. One week to go today! Woo hoo! Between my regular OB & the specialist, I'm going to appointments 3x a week. The baby is still measuring small, so I have to keep repeating the same tests every week. Everything else is testing fine, so I guess we'll see when Dominic decides to make his appearance.

Glad to hear you are doing well!! If all of the tests stay the same, he is probably just a small baby! Have they given you any weight estimates? We go for one next Tues. Make sure you update us once he comes, I haven't seen you on the June board much either.
Thanks. Tomorrow, they should give me another weight guestimate. Two weeks ago, they said he was about 5.5. Last week, she didn't want to say because it was a different machine, which makes a difference, I guess. Tomorrow is back to the original.
