I pumped 3x a day at work from month 3 through 10, and it was enough. I nursed at home. That's my plan again, if not more. I always had enough supply, but I felt like if I had pumped more, especially in the beginning, maybe I would've been able to pump more. I always had just enough, but never a surplus.
Also, Lily is sitting next to me and as I hit reply she said "wait, I want to see that cute little baby again."
I pumped twice over my 12 hour shift because it was at night and Zoe would only nurse twice during the time that I was gone. During the day I would think that 3-4 times would be enough. That is what I hear that most people do. You could always try it out and if your supply drops stay in bed with her all weekend and nurse, nurse, nurse with lots of skin to skin.

When I did pump at work, I actually just pumped once a day. I'm sure that is not recommended, but it worked for me and that one pumping I could pump enough for the next time I worked. If I didn't get quite enough, I'd pumped after her feeding when I first got home. Granted I only worked a couple days a week usually. I also was one of those people who didn't ever supply issues. My work was not really set up for pumping (there was literly no where other than a tiny bathroom) and I really hated to pump!
