Total AW: Our New(ish) Puppy

I used to be a fairly regular poster on TN board, but I don't think I ever shared our newest family member here. We adopted Baron, an English Mastiff in October (I think?) DH has always wanted a Mastiff, and even though I didn't really anticipate us getting one this quickly the perfect situation came up so here we are. It's our first experience with one of the giant breeds so we are learning as we go. He's just a big love! He and his sister (Bella) get along famously, and he has helped our shy, skittish little girl come out of her shell even more.

Oh my gosh, how cute! My mom has an English Mastiff/Great Dane mix who looks a lot like Baron. They're such awesome dogs. I could live without the drool, but their sweetness more than makes up for it. Congrats on the new addition!

Thank you! Yes, the drool has taken some getting used to. We've learned the hard way to always have a towel handy and only let him drink in "his" room (the laundry room with a tile floor...lol).
