I think my "referral" to the RE was cancelled

We are a year into trying. I'm 37. We had gotten a referral to an RE in our HMO and started the blood work when I got pregnant. I had done all the tests except the fasting glucose. When I went in for the miscarriage blood tests, it was still in the system but now it is gone. I think my OB pulled the referral because, in her words, "now we know you *can* get pregnant." Thanks a lot. Arrrgggghhhhh.

I don't know if it was because of a Kaiser policy or something she did on her own. I'm going to call the RE's office and see if I can get things set up again.

I just saw this today, but wanted to say I'm so sorry to hear this, and I'm sure you are frustrated.

FYI, I got pregnant a year ago, naturally. Cycle 6. Guess what? I've not gotten pregnant again since. We've been trying seriously since June, with just one month off.

I would fight for the referral. Seriously. Good luck.
