I've been with FCF for about 4 years now and they've always been good to me, prompt replies, awesome customer service etc...
About 8 months ago I emailed them after a delivery and told them that I didn't get my tofu that I ordered. Within an hour they refunded my account for the amount of the missing tofu (around $5?) and apologized for the inconvenience. I went on my merry way. Well, 2 weeks after that I put my boxes and cold packs out, waiting for the next delivery and a block of tofu falls out of one of the cold packs. I don't know what happened, but I totally missed it the first time I was unpacking the box. Needless to say I had to throw out the tofu.
Today, I got a delivery and I ordered a dozen eggs (around $5?) and I couldn't find them anywhere. Leaning from last time, I turned all of the cold bags inside out, checked on the porch and turned all the boxes upside down. No eggs.
I know that if I message them they'll refund me for the eggs.
I would lean towards ignoring the eggs bc of the tofu - personally I would have felt guilty about the tufo and this would be my way to pay it back or something. But maybe it's better to tell them about all of it or something.
