I used to post in WC all the time, but I stopped when I got busy with pregnancy and new motherhood and I just found out that a new board was started! So hello...I don't know if I know anyone anymore, but I am ready to get back into the kitchen more.

So WFD?

Tonight I'm making chicken fettuccine alfredo. Doesn't really go with the weather, but I didn't get to the grocery store yet this week!

I'm making margarita chicken quesdillas...I think. I didn't read the recipe before I left for work this morning and I have a bad feeling I was supposed to marinate the chicken for a while. Oops.

Steak on the grill
green beans (probably steam then toss with a vinaigrette. or maybe i will roast them. unsure)
leftover buttermilk potato salad from grilling yesterday (I made up the dressing - it turned out pretty well - mayo, buttermilk, mustard, a splash of cider vinegar, chives and parsley).

sliced potatoes with olive oil, italian seasoning and garlic
corn on the cob

It's fend for yourself....H isn't even home from work yet..I had chips and salsa :/

Fend for yourself today. DH golfs on Wednesdays so I'm on my own until around 8pm. Chips and salsa with some guac sounds really good.
