I skipped the gym last night so I went this morning. It felt great to start my day off with a workout and not have to fit it in later. Only downside is that the gym was so packed with everyone and their mom.
I did 1:15 total. 40 on the stair climber and the rest doing abs and lunges.

Ughhhhh I'm supposed to. I restarted Turbo Fire yesterday and it's 6 days a week, takes awhile to get used to. But I did it for 9 weeks last time, I can do it again! Luckily today is yoga stretch, I can barely move after yesterday.

I worked out my mouth on some ice cream just now. I wanted to run today, but I was up with Butterbaby until almost 5 this morning, and he will not sleep without body contact (he has a man cold). I ran on Thursday, and it was shitty, then good.
Not exactly working out, but since you said something, I just did 50 squats while standing in my kitchen. Hopefully later I'll get in some planks and pushups.

After A and Dh wake up from a nap, I'm going. I need to get back into this. I've got a ten miler in March and I'm nowhere near ready. I need to do the squat challenge like dixee! I want to flex in bed and feel bad ass, lol.
