My new goal at ww is to make drinking water a routine in my daily life. I like water, so I don't need any flavour incentives, I'm just a camel who doesn't get that thirsty so I have trouble remembering to drink enough.
What tricks do you use to help yourself drink enough? I want to build this into a routine so I don't have to think about it.
DH is trying to get into the water habit and having a dedicated water bottle with him all the time helps him. He has a work bottle and a home bottle like this:

I put time markings on my water bottle. I fill my 32 oz bottle and I have times written on it for what I should be drinking. Like at 16oz it says 11am. I try to make sure I don't fall behind. I try to drink 2x 32 oz while at work.

If I have a huge cute water bottle handy at all times it really encourages me to drink. I like my water very cold so in the morning I fill it with ice and when I get to work I put water in it. The water stays cold all day.

I find I drink the most while watching TV or on the computer because I'm not really thinking about it. As long as the bottle is next to me I keep reaching for it. I also find drinking from a sport bottle or straw makes it go down faster.
Pick up a camelback water bottle. It has a straw so you don't have to tilt the bottle back to drink. I just got one for Christmas and I swear my water intake has quadrupled because it is so easy to drink from and water is always with me now.

I hate water. I bought a 32Oz water bottle and keep it on my desk at work. I finish it in no time. I'm a big juice drinker at home, so now I'm only allowing myself one cup of juice AFTER I've had the other 32 Oz. So in short, a water bottle handy at all times should get you there.
I had this same problem when I did WW years ago. I would set time goals for refilling the bottle like 11:00, 2:00, and 5:00. If I hadn't finished by that time, I would chug to finish it then fill it. You could have the times be around certain points in Hanks schedule so it becomes a habit, or set a timer on your phone for the times.
I keep several filled nalgene water bottles in the refrigerator so that there is always cold, filtered water readily available. I also carry the bottles with me to many places.

There are also a lot of great apps that track your water intake and will set off reminders throughout the day to remind you to drink water. I used them when I was pregnant because I got BH contractions when I didn't drink enough and they worked out well.

I'm a camel too. Before I started drinking protein shakes for breakfast I could eat a Cliff Bar and still not really mind not having anything to drink. We have a Britta and that helps. I'm just not a thirsty person.
I bought some new pretty bottles with a straw and try to at least take them with me when I leave. I am not as good at drinking water at home. When I had a desk job, I had my outlook set off reminders that said "water check" you could do that with your phone.
I might do that too. Or you can text me to remind me and I can text you back! I just had my first Weigh In at WW so that's one of my goals for the week. Water and more veggies. They are free- I need to take advantage of them.
I use the camelbak at work too. Our work water is GROSS, so I also fill a gallon jug with filtered water from home and keep it in my fridge at work. I try to fill the jug every other day, so I aim for drinking my 36oz Camelbak PLUS 1/2 of the gallon jug every day. I have to drink a lot early though, because I don't get a pee break between 12:30 and 4....that can be painful.
I also use camel back bottles and love them and Lillian likes them too ... I kind of do something similar to Foozle with times. I drink a certain amount on the way to work, then by lunch time, then by the time I left, etc.
I bring a bottle of water with me everywhere. Each room in the house, when I leave the house, shopping, etc. I get super anxious when I don't have a bottle of water with me!!
