I was getting a crown on my back tooth and the tech dropped it while checking the fit. It hit the back of my mouth and I swollowed out of reflex. I had to find it so I could take it back (washed and in a ziploc bag). They made me a new crown and destroyed the one I swollowed.
Ugh, so embarrassing. I've had a poo that was too large to flush. So, after wrapping my hand in toilet paper, I (ew ew ew) broke it up into smaller pieces so it would flush.

You are braver than me. I went outside and got a stick to break it up, lol.

I wasn't at home, so I couldn't let it chill in the toilet while I stepped outside for a break-up tool.

Why did they make you give it back?!
So they could ship it back to the lab and it could be written off as accidental so the lab wouldn't charge for the new one.

I'm just having images of them using it an unsuspecting person's mouth.
But for the record, I think it's ridiculous that you had to do that because they screwed up.
They're custom fit so its not like you can just use them for someone else. And I like my dentist so I did it, but yes, it was their error. The poor tech was so freaked out and apologetic I felt so bad for her.
