It was my first WW week and I LOST FIVE pounds I had a bunch of really high point days (like in the 80s) but I still tracked it. I must've been eating a ton.
I want to drink more water and add more fruits/veggies to my day.
I haven't decided when my official weigh in day will be, but I think I'm going to make it on Monday or Tuesday so I'll report back then. This week I want to continue to stick to a particular plan. I spent a few days on WW then switched to My Fitness Pal. I need to be consistent with one or the other so for now I'm going with MFP.
Recipes... nothing off the top of my head, but some of my go-to diet foods aside from fruits and veggies are: Morningstar veggie burgers, Amy's frozen meals and garden lites sufflees

I just re-started Friday so I don't have a weigh in for this week. However after only a few days of being active again I already feel like I have more energy. Though I'm more tired at the end of the day.
I feel like I'm doing well with eating right now, it's the workouts that I'll have to focus on getting through. My next rest day is next Sunday, so it's a long haul.
I did okay to start. I've lost 3lbs. In the last 2 weeks. I started at my gym today and it felt good to exercise. I was on the elliptical for 45 minutes this morning. This week I want to keep up with going to the gym, spin tomorrow and really focus on healthy snacks. I made chicken salad today with Greek yogurt, curry, green onion, carrots and cashews. It's really good on flat bread or lettuce for lunch. 5lbs. is awesome! Good job!
I'm offically back on starting tomorrow... I took a WW holiday for the two weeks we were gone plus the 1.5 weeks before we left. I weighed today just to check the damage, and I only gained 3 pounds since the last weigh-in, so yay!
I've been working out hard and I feel great. I have decided not to weight myself though. I will just go by how my clothes fit. Once I am comfortable there then I will step on to the scale.
I care less about the actual number and more about how I look and feel.

It makes such a big difference. I am at my pre-preg weight but NOTHING fits even close. I look horrible in my old closet so the numbers don't mean as much as they used to to me.
