I need some new brushes. The ones I currently have are 6 years old and shedding like crazy.
Ive browsed some brush posts and I'm thinking about going with either Eco Tools or Real Techniques. I don't want to spend a fortune on brushes and both are buy one, get one 50% off at Ulta right now.
Does anyone recommend one brand over the other? Should I go with one of the sets or get specific individual brushes?

I like Eco Tools. It is soft and it seems to pick up product well. Ulta usually has some sort of sale going on. When I got my Eco Tools brushes, they were buy 1 get 1 50% off.
I ended up getting the real techniques brushes. I got 2 travel sets (7 brushes total), the blush brush and an eye makeup brush all for $29. That was including their sale, 2 coupons for $3.50 off and using some points I had accumulated.
