I'm not totally clear on what the problem with whatever chicken finger recipe you made in the past was, but these ones are really tasty and you can eat a shitton of them because they're so low cal.
Faux mac and cheese with cauliflower instead of pasta. It's fucking awesome.
I feel like people are always lying when they say caulfilower is a good subtitute for any starch
I actually like it as a substitute, but I don't love pasta or potatoes. So I like to sub cauliflower because it's healthier and tastier. I also like spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti. Yay vegetables!
Bucatini all'amertrician, italian bread with herbs de Provence olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. Diet starts tomorrow? DH wanted to make sure i inluded PBR.
Perogies sauteed with broccoli, peppers, carrots, onion, and garlic. Topped with garlic alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, and oregano.
I just made J a couple of hot dogs with shells and cheese (because he has the palate of a 5 year old) and I had one frozen chicken pot pie left that is currently in the oven for me.
Okay - we just finished dinner and it was FUCKING AWESOME! Loved both recipes. Plain rice was good, too, because it absorbed some of the other sauces. Highly recommend both dishes.
