Do you list EVERY job? Say, you moved to a new city and had 2 very crappy temp jobs while you were looking for something decent, would you list those on an application?
No, I wouldn't list them unless they were relevant to the job I was applying for. It will be easy to explain the lapse in work, particularly with the move.
I would also leave them off. If they ask about the lapse in employment at an interview, I'd explain what I was doing in that time, but otherwise, leave it off.

Since it's an application, not a resume (correct?) I might just say that I was with X temp agency from date to date, but not actually get into what placements I had.
I hate job applications that are in addition to resumes, they seem to all be so archaic and there is never enough room.

It is one of those fill in the blank form applications and they are asking for all kinds of specifics so I am just not including them, and yes, I am filling out job applications for my H. The things I do for love.
