I got a Keurig for Christmas (yay) and I love it. What are your favorite k-cups to use (brand, type) and where are you buying them from? Also, anyone try that little cup thing you can buy to put your own coffee in instead of the pre-made cups?
I have the Green Mountain Breakfast Blend, Hazelnut and pumpkin spice. My fave it the breakfast blend but $11.99 for a box of 18 kinda kills me. Becuase I love using the machine I find myself drinking more coffee.

I buy them exclusively from Amazon.
Our go to types are- Nantucket blend, Starbucks Veranda Blonde and Starbucks Dark Verona (I think that's what it's called). We also like the "breakfast in bed", breakfast blend, vermont country blend. I try to switch it up a lot.

I only drink one cup a day. I'm drinking the Green Mountain breakfast blend now. I also really love the Golden French Toast, but I tend to switch to that around Thanksgiving when I start giving up the Pumpkin.
I get them at Target when they are on sale. But I only drink one cup a day so it's no bigs.
I've heard those reusable cups are really messy. But I've never used one.

I like the Folgers Caramel drizzle and Folgers Vanilla Biscotti! I'm ::pretty:: sure Sam's Club had breakfast blend in a huge box last time we were there. Do you have a membership to any of those places? I would check there.

I buy them at Kohl's and Costco a lot. Costco has really good prices on them IMO, and I really like the San Francisco Bay one they sell. From Kohl's I usually get the Gloria Jean Hazelnut, Caribou and I also like the Starbucks ones.
I have tried the little cup you add coffee grounds too, but it's messy and doesn't make the coffee strong enough for me, so I'm not a big fan of it.
DH and I aren't coffee drinkers, but we like to keep some cups on hand for guests. Because I'm not picky, I usually pick them up at TJ Maxx or Marshalls. They'll have an 18 pack for $6, and that'll last us a year.
Ohhh Sams club, I had not thought about that - thanks Mike! IL's just renewed our membership for us so I will have to check them out. I had seen the Folgers in the grocery store and wondered about ti. I am going to try the vanilla biscotti.
PC- I think I need to do the ebates thing and use coupons. I should get the half caf, I didn't know they had that. I used to get the folgers half caf.
Trudy- I am drinking the Nantucket right now. It was in my variety box it came with and I like it too . I haven't done any Starbucks, I am afraid they will be too strong. And why am I not surprised you only order from Amazon?!
Dixie - my mom bought me the pumpkin spice probably months ago. She likes to start shopping early and she bought the keurig too. I wasn't sold on the re-usable ones and it is convenient to just pop in.

Buy them online! I use either coffee for less or coffee cow. Free shipping over $50 and you can always find a coupon code. Plus, the boxes are 24 instead of 18.
I love the Green Mountain seasonal flavors- Golden French toast, island coconut, pumpkin spice.

We got one for Christmas too. My fave cup is the reusable one. It's not messy like pp said. I've had no issues. Those damn k cups are expensive, so I'm glad I have the reusables so I can just buy normal coffee.
I bought one of those filters for reg coffee. It's easy. Cleans easy. I run it under warm water and rub my finger through the inside to get the grounds out then just soapy water. It's more work than a K cup obviously. But we prefer Folgers and don't want to pay that much for K cup version.
