For the first time ever. And it made me cry. And I dont like Jillian Michaels. I couldnt be on her team. I need love. She does not love. And I realized how much weight I do need to lose.
So..... what should I do that doesnt involve going to the gym (toooooo expensive) and walking (I mean outside, or the suggestion of going for a walk.... I already do that. I mean I hate walking. Just kidding. I already walk every day).

The only way I can lose weight is to track calories. I use myfitnesspal and track every single thing I eat. I give myself one meal a week to eat whatever I want, usually dinner on Friday or Saturday. It is a pain in the ass, but I did it pre-baby and lost 1-2 pounds a week for 15 weeks, and then got pregnant.

Stretching. Pilates can help. C25k is seriously an awesome program.
Or try doing 30 squats, 30 lunges, 30 pushups, 30 situps, 30 crunches, 30 jumping jacks, and 30 seconds of planks 4 times a day. It sounds like a lot, but you don't have to do those all at once. If you want to spread it out during the day, you can, but if you manage to do them all everyday, you will see a difference in your endurance and fitness. In two weeks, move up to 40. In 1.5 weeks, move up to 50. You can do this, smudgee. I believe in you. And lots of people here do too. This is an awesome place for support, at any level of fitness or at any point in your weight loss journey. :heart:
I would THRIVE on someone yelling at me. But I also love Bob. I haven't watched this show in years because it is so unrealistic. I think it sets many viewers up for failure. "I didn't lose 22 pounds in the first week, I must suck! I'll just give up."
I was shocked at the 2.5 hours daily in the gym. I would die. I think. Good thing there is medic near by. I would need them. lol.
Yeah.... You lucky ladies may hear all about my weight loss journey. I am not wanting to be stick skinny though... I like my curves. lol. Im just a little TOO curvy.
I would be with bob. Then Dojo, you could yell at me. That would work.
