From my experience publishing legal notices, depending on the area there are a list of papers in which it is acceptable to put your legal noticel If that free weekly was on the list, I don't see the problem. FWIW the free weekly is only free to people picking it up. The county/mosque still has to pay for the legal notice.

Am I wrong or is this the same place that was trying to ban Sharia Law. However these geniuses had such a clear and concise understanding of the Sharia the proposed law would ban Muslims from praying.
