They sent me a flyer for the 360 program. What is it? Everytime, I go I fall off the wagon in a month because I hate fucking tracking and weighing in. I hear people swear by it though. IDK.

If you hate tracking, you can do a variation of the program where you just eat "healthy" foods- it's called Simply Filling. Mostly just lean protein, veggies, fruit. Carbs and sugars are counted toward your weekly point allotment. (This is a VERY simplified explanation) but you don't have to track anything.
As for hating to weigh in, well... that's the basis of the program. Can't really get away from that.

Ooh, I forgot about simply filling. A lot of people swear by that method instead on the WW boards.
I'm pretty sure the WW message boards can be accessed whether you have an account or not. I found them super helpful with tips and stuff when I was first a member, especially bc I don't go to meetings, and a lot of the people bring back tips from meetings and stuff. Might be worth checking out if you don't get all the answers you need/want here.

Oh yeah, I just meant I never weigh myself because I am squeamish at seeing a number on the scale because...UGH.

I have failed to read any of the WW vs. MFP threads, and have absolutely no idea why WW is supposedly better than MFP....I feel like this has been discussed somewhere previously though?
