to be fair, they were all different kinds...4 sets of 16 push presses (25lb) with a squat; 4 sets of 16 offload squats (15/30 lbs) and 11 sets of 12 reps of kettlebells (25 lb). Then add in step ups 4/16 (50 lbs). It was a good one today!

I'm completely off the workout and diet wagon ever since returning to work. The only thing right I can say I did was not get a gigantic cupcake this evening. The 10k I was so excited to do in June looks like it might not happen since I haven't run in weeks. I'm just so tired so often.

I guess if there will be no post-race breakfast we will just have to schedule a GTG some other time. Unless you still want to eat a post-race breakfast! :-)
G - I don't know if you are talking about 260 squats or squats while holding a 260-pound barbell, but either way...I bow down to you. I'M NOT WORTHY.
