4. I think I'm a pretty grateful person, and not jaded - I'm amazed by the variety and beauty of our planet and my fellow humans.

7. I love old houses. A friend of mine with very little construction experience recently did a speedy reno on her new house and it came out so nice - it gave me some confidence that we'd be able to handle a house needing some TLC.

7. Would you rather have an old house with character that needs work or a new move in ready cookie cutter house? Do I have money for someone else to do the renovations for said repairs? Do I have somewhere to live during said huge remodel? If no, then cookie cutter. I am not a DIY kinda gal.

9. Favorite type of shoes? Right now Crocs. Not the old school style, but they have another style that is a bit less garish and had great support for my plantar facitis.
