It's going well. I'll hit the gym 4 times this week with PT on Friday so that's good. I'm really eating well this week again. After gaining 5lbs in 2 weeks over the holidays I have lost 2-3 so that is good

I'm doing pretty well, although I've now missed two gym classes this week (busy week at work). I did go in the evenings and hit the treadmill, though. And I went to masters last night.
I gained ~10 pounds through November/December and *lalalala* it's gone. It all came off this last week, go figure. However, I've still got ~25 pounds to lose and I'll be happy for it to go away.
So far, so good. I've gotten in a few good runs, and I've really been watching my portion sizes. I also haven't been drinking at all. I still have an annoying lingering cough, so it's been hard to go 100% at the gym, but I'm doing what I can. My Cardio Sculpt class last night was great. I'm a little sore today, but not too bad. I think I can push myself harder next week. I've only lost 1lb so far, but AF may have something to do with that. I'll see where I'm at next week.
Nutritional Plan (past trainers have literally trained me NOT to use the word diet) is going surprisingly well. EXCEPT on Monday. Football got the best of me and we had a big game. I was very conscious of what I ate though and only had a single glass of wine. Normally, I would have had a COMFORTABLE buzz by the end. I also did extra cardio the next day to make up for it.
I am also resolving not to drink alcohol until next Saturday evening (late) to help curb the edge for me through the next week. That will save me 100-200 calories a day. THIS was in addition to what I had preciously planned for my caloric intake resolve.
I don't know if this will help anyone. (It sure helps DH!) but emeals.com offers health(ier) (not necessarily the most healthy on our plan we have) meal plans at local grocery stores. Of course, it depends on where you live I'm assuming. We live in a bigger city. I think they even added a Paleo Plan to some of the grocery stores they work with.
It charges. But to be honest. I'm totally fine paying $5/month to save $80/month in grocery costs. We've been averaging that in our savings through using it.
I am not losing weight because I am still pregnant, but trying to be healthy for now..
The last few days I have really struggled with my sweet tooth. Last night I had a piece of cheesecake and this morning DH brought me home a donut...meanie! I have been craving desserts so badly and have been eating sweets every day for 4 or 5 days. It needs to stop!

Good! I have been supposedly giving up sweets completely, but in reality I am just cutting down. Oh well, better than nothing. I track on MFP and shockingly, when I actually do that, I eat better and lose weight! Amazing. The kids are finally well, so we have been going to the y as well.
It has been very very busy in my world, my grandfathers health isn't doing to good so I'm taking over all of my parents farm chores in the evening and I don't leave work til 6pm. My dad had surgery on Monday.
BUT I did order two workout dvd's and I hope to run through both on the weekend.

Anyone on MFP want to be friends? I'm vanillahips, add me!
I'm doing.... pretty good. Tracking on MFP made me realize I had a couple of really bad eating habits that I'm trying to fix now, but otherwise I'm just keeping up my mileage, keeping up the yoga. I think tracking caloric intake is going to be the clincher to lose these quit-smoking pounds. Days I exercise intensely I'm way under, rest days I'm way over, my poor body has no consistency!
ETA- I'm not weighing myself often. I have 7-9 pounds to "lose" but because I'm working out so much harder than ever before its more about getting out of my fat jeans than hitting a certain number. So I guess I should say I have another inch or so to lose?
