Cell Phone Coverage

My cell phone sucks at my new house. Both H and I have an iPhone with AT&T. He has a 3g and I have a 4. His coverage is fine, mine isn't. I've gone back and forth with AT&T and with Apple. They each point fingers. That caused my cell phone to crash awhile back, lost all the fist photos of Samantha. sniff sniff.

Anyways, what do I do? I'm up for a new phone now. Do I upgrade to a 5? My sister came over and had a 5 with AT&T and had no coverage problems. Or do I switch carriers?

This area is known for crappy cell service.

We have Verizon for personal phones, and H has sprint for his work phone. He never had any service at our house on his work phone (we always have great service on our personal phones)so he got a cell tower to put in our house. It is basically like a small server so he can get service at home. Maybe you could look into something like that?
Not that it matters, but our personal phones are android 4g devices. His work phone was a Blackberry, but now it's the iphone and the service didn't improve until he got the tower thing.

Ever since we ran the system updates on our iPhone 4's, we have had CRAPPY cell phone service. I honestly think they do it to make you upgrade. The updates came out around the time when they released the 4s, when they released the 5, it got even worse. :/
