I made this today. Omg delicious. I halved the recipe, intending to put it in a loaf pan, but I apparently no longer own a loaf pan (news to me), so I poured the batter into a 10 inch cake round and baked it for 40 minutes. So good. Sooooo good. The parts where the lemon segments are are like biting into a super tart lemon candy. I haven't put a glaze on it yet, but it's seriously awesome without it.
