I remember seeing back awhile ago there were people doing weight watchers? Is there a group check in anymore?
I started back on WW a week ago. I was on it from May - September and lost about 15 lbs. Unfortunately, with the holidays and stuff, I gained back an embarrassing amount, so I'm trying to get back on track. I could definitely use some support!

I lost .7lbs this week. I'm only good tracking during the day, but I haven't been eating bad at night. I'm wondering if I need to start tracking to make sure I'm getting enough in. If I had lost more this first week I probably would be much more motivated.

IMO you need to hardcore track every single bite you eat. It's so easy to go over the portion allowance.

Yeah - I think I'll go back to measuring. I might have gone over a bit because I used to have all the extra point for BF and now I have half of those since A is getting maybe a bottle of formula a day plus eating solids.
I am! I lost 16lbs from September through the beginning of December but quit tracking for the holidays. I'm back on starting this week... I still have 11 to go!
Me! I've lost 36lbs! Track, track, track and BE HONEST! The point is that your body knows what you ate and will respond accordingly regardless of whether you track it or whether you fudge the numbers.
