Eye shadow tutorials

I never really learned how to apply make-up. Sad, I know. Any good eye shadow tutorials that can teach me? I like playing with make-up and I start a new job on Monday and I'm thinking I want to look a little more professional (I usually don't wear any make-up). So I guess I need a fast routine that will be flattering but not too much.

Also, I totally splurged at Sephora yesterday and bought the UD Naked palette, so I need guidance to play with my new toy.
