We received Kale in our winter share. I don't know how to cook kale. Is it like spinach? Can you suggest any great recipes using Kale?

Kale is related to spinach, but it has a different taste. It can be bitter, especially if you steam it.

It's really good in Zuppa Toscano soup. A google search will get you all kinds of knockoff recipes of Olive Garden's version. That was the first thing I used kale in and now i love it!

Kale chips! I can eat an entire bunch in one sitting (which is a lot better than eating an entire bag of chips in one sitting).

I'll blanch kale for 5 minutes, chop it up then throw it in with some marinara and cannelini beans and serve over polenta.
